BACKGROUND:
Brevard County 9-1-1 Administration has requested that the City adopt and record in the Brevard County Official Records a resolution approving an official street name for the road presently known as Candlewood Lane. This is a private road that intersects at its south terminus with N. Fiske Blvd. and intersecting at its north terminus with Crestview Road in the Clear Pond Estates apartment complex (also known as the Candlewood Apartments).
Staff requests that Council approve the street name of “Candlewood Lane” for the private road intended to serve the Clear Pond Estates apartment complex (Candlewood Apartments).
