BACKGROUND:
Public Works was granted $83,980 in ARPA funds to purchase and install a new air conditioning unit at the Cocoa Police Department. The air conditioning unit for the Police Department came in under budget and only cost $45,000.
Public works would like to re-allocate the remaining funds of $38,980 to purchase additional air conditioning units for the following locations: Harry T. Moore Center (est. $9,000), Cocoa Clinic (est. $8,500), Fleet (est. $8,500), Travis Community Center (est. $11,000).
