Staff is requesting approval of a budget amendment to purchase information technology-related items for Gilmore Park. Due to the urgency of the request, Staff does not have exact pricing, but costs are estimated to be $17,000. Actual costs may be less than the budgetary request. This should sufficiently cover the costs associated with the purchase. Due to the secure nature of this agenda item, the exact nature of the purchase is not being identified in this agenda item. Staff is available to explain the purchase in detail to Board members.
Staff requests approval of BAF # 24-122-A and Budget Resolution # DSCRA-24-481, amending the FY 2024 budget in the amount of $17,000 for the purchase of information technology-related items in Gilmore Park. Staff will return to the CRA with any future approvals if needed.
