• Nicholas Boardman is the owner of the Bonsai Motel in Rockledge but has expressed an interest in serving on the City’s Planning & Zoning Board. He is a current, active community member where he resides and is currently serves on several homeowners’ association boards. He would like to apply his experience and offer his time and skills to the City of Cocoa. He is an Aerospace Engineer and also has a strong background in human resources. As mentioned above, he would be eligible to serve per Article III, Sec. 2-58(d) of the City’s Code.
• Katherine Waterloo-Fridl previously served on the Block Grant Committee and is the current owner of Xonsultant in Cocoa. She has expressed an interest in serving on the Planning and Zoning Board.
• Wesley Park is the current Chairperson on the City’s Utilities Advisory Board and also serves as a citizen member of the Space Coast TPO. He is interested in serving on the Planning and Zoning Board and would like the opportunity to apply his practical and professional experience in order to assist in making the best decisions for the city based on current and future needs.
• Aleck Greenwood is currently the 1st Alternate member on the Planning & Zoning board and was reappointed to the board back in 2019 but had also served as a Regular member on the board prior to that. He is a previous Councilmember and has resided in the City of Cocoa for many years. He has expressed that he would like to be considered as a Regular member of the Planning and Zoning Board again.
