BACKGROUND:
The Police Department has budgeted for License Plate Readers and has found that Flock Safety would best meet our purposes for their Out-of-Box Software features including National and Local sharing, Real-time Alerts, Vehicle Location Analysis and a Native Mobile Data Terminal and a Single Sign On to name a few.
The Police Department would enter this contract for three years, starting immediately and terminating on September 30, 2028.

Budgeted Yes
Implementation of the contract is $2,600. The annual recurring total is $12,000. The total amount due for fiscal year 2025 is $14,600. These funds are budgeted in 001-2100-521.56-15.
FY27 needed budget amount $12,000 - upon Council approval of FY27 budget.
FY28 needed budget amount $12,000 - upon Council approval of FY28 budget.
