BACKGROUND:
Staff met with Ms. Delores McLaughlin, CEO of Alliance for Neighborhood Restoration (ANR) to discuss an updated FY 2025 Contract, which included minor modifications to scope, as well as an overhauled reporting system. In FY 2024, the budget for this program is $35,000 and this is currently the proposed budget for FY 2025.
Staff is satisfied that the contract is effective and that the streamlined reporting will allow for better accountability to auditors, and to the Agency Board.
