Request Agency approval of the Diamond Square CRA Meeting Schedule for 2025.End

BACKGROUND:

 

The Diamond Square CRA meets on the 3rd Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m.

 

In 2025, during the month of January, the Third Monday falls on a Holiday, and therefore, the scheduled meeting for that month has been moved to the Fourth Monday.  Traditionally, this means that the meeting that would be scheduled in February is not held, since they are so close together.

 

In addition, once a year, the Agency meets at the Dr. Joe Lee Smith Community Center, traditionally in September.  This year the Agency asked to meet twice a year moving forward.  This would normally be held in March and September.  Due to scheduling issues, the March meeting will not be moved, but the April meeting instead.
