BACKGROUND:
CASE # 22-527
Code Enforcement Offense:
On August 12, 2022 Code Enforcement conducted a proactive patrol on Kensington Dr. The Code Enforcement Officer observed code violations at 803 Kensington Dr and initiated an inspection. The owner, Federal National Mortgage Association, was found to be in violation of "Roofs & Drainage, Sec, 6-1003 (g), Boarded Up Buildings, Sec. 6-900 (b)(5), Window Glazing, Sec. 6-1003 (m)(1), and Protective Treatment, Sec. 6-1003 (b)". A notice of violation was generated on August 12, 2022 and sent to the address on file with the Brevard County Property Appraiser.
The Code Enforcement Board held a public hearing on January 19, 2023, at which time the Board found the owner Federal National Mortgage Association in violation of the above-mentioned sections of the city code.
