This item is not ready for consideration.  Staff requests that Planning and Zoning postpone the consideration of a Land Development Code Text Amendment Appendix A, Article XI, Section 12 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cocoa until the September 4, 2024 Planning and Zoning Board meeting to preserve advertisement.
