BACKGROUND:
In the agreement with the auditing firm, MSL, who conducts the Annual Audit for the CRA, the seven-year agreements (this is year three) has step price increases built into the pricing structure. The budget was submitted without reflecting this change, resulting in a shortfall that needs to be filled in order to pay the auditor.
