BACKGROUND:
On December 9, 2014, City Council approved the award of RFQ-14-19-COC, Subaqueous Pipeline Assessment to Anderson Diving, Inc. d/b/a Logan Diving and Salvage, Inc. for various work categories, and authorized the City Manager to execute the Continuing Services Agreements with the option to renew for two, two-year periods by mutual agreement of both parties.
Staff is requesting approval of the second and final amendment to purchase agreement with Anderson Diving, Inc. d/b/a Logan Diving and Salvage, Inc. effective March 5, 2020 through March 4, 2022.

On March 27, 2018, City Council approved the first amendment to purchase agreement with Anderson Diving, Inc. effective March 5, 2018 through March 4, 2020, and Ferreira Construction Southern Division effective May 26, 2018 through May 25, 2020, under RFQ-14-19-COC, Subaqueous Pipeline Assessment.
