Consider the reappointments of Mr. Elliott Zimmerman and Mr. Milton Norris Park as members of the Board of Trustees for the Firefighters’ Retirement Plan through September 30, 2024.

BACKGROUND:
Mr. Norris Park has served on the Board of Trustees for the Fire Pension since April, 1996 and has been reappointed on a regular basis since. His current term expires on September 30, 2020, and he has expressed a willingness to serve for an additional four years.
Mr. Park meets all of the qualifications for serving on a City board, and his intent to reapply letter is attached for your review. If reappointed, Mr. Park’s term would be through September 30, 2024.
Mr. Zimmerman has served as a Council appointed member of the Fire Pension Board since September, 2014. He was reappointed in 2018 and his current term expires September 30, 2020. He has expressed a willingness to serve for another four years.
Mr. Zimmerman meets all qualifications to serve on a City board. If reappointed, his term will be through September 30, 2024. His intent to reapply letter and a current Fire Pension Board roster is attached for your review.
