BACKGROUND:
A Large-Scale Site Plan for the Arbors at Cocoa Landing Apartment project was approved by the Planning & Zoning Board on December 15, 2020, which include a primary and emergency entry drive off of SR524 as well as several internal drives which provide access to the apartment buildings and amenities for the complex. Therefore, street names will need to be assigned in order for mail and emergency services to reach the residents. The developer has requested the names “Starship Drive, Calypso Way, Hyperion Way, Gemini Place, Cressida Lane, Cocoa Landing Way and Proteus Lane” and these names have been confirmed by Brevard County’s E911 Addressing office.
