Requested Action:
Approve the 1st Amendment CentralSquare Solutions Agreement to execute the Optional Term 2 of the previously approved CentralSquare Solutions Agreement to provide NaviLine Public Administration applications, Pending the Approval of the FY22 Budget.

BACKGROUND:
The City of Cocoa is currently utilizing CentralSquare Technologies NaviLine Public Administration Applications as its Enterprise Resource Planning/Business Management software platform (formerly Superion, LLC). This software provides an integrated solution for our core business processes to include finance, human resources, utility billing, purchasing, work orders, and alternative software integration. The current agreement with CentralSquare Technologies is set to expire on September 30, 2021 and has options for FY2022 and FY2023. By mutual agreement, the City and CentralSquare can renew the agreement upon expiration of this initial term. All terms and conditions within the initial agreement will remain in effect. The City of Cocoa has utilized SunGard Public Sector software since 1994.
The renewal amendment includes a 5% increase of the current monthly access fee. The new fee will be $23,313.08 per month ($279,756.98 per year). The renewal will begin October 1, 2021 and will continue for a period of 1 year with a City option for a third year of service with a 5% access fee increase. The cost for these services is included in each year's Adopted Budget.
STRATEGIC PLAN CONNECTION:
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software programs are critical to achieve fiscal sustainability through enhancements in processes, customer service, productivity, and transparency.
