BACKGROUND:
Carollo Engineers, Inc. is the engineer of record for the Sellers Water Reclamation Plant. Staff has requested SCADA Programming support services for the VTSCADA System, LCP'S, and RTU'S on an as-needed and on-call basis. They will also provide renewal services for software licenses and support contracts at the direction of the Sellers staff. These renewals are anticipated to include XL Report Support, Micromain and Trihedral VTSCADA.
Sellers Staff is requesting City Council approval of Task Order 2023-28 with Carollo Engineers, Inc., Orlando, Florida, to maintain the Sellers Plant SCADA System; Project Management and Coordination, SCADA Programming, As Needed and Emergency on-call services and Software License Renewals.
Staff recommends approval of Task Order 2023-28 for a total of $163,646.12 with Carollo Engineers, Inc.
