Requested Action:
Approve the 2nd Amendment CentralSquare Solutions Agreement to execute the Optional Term 3 of the previously approved CentralSquare Solutions Agreement to provide NaviLine Public Administration applications. Allow the City Manager to approve the Purchase Order, Pending the Adoption of the FY23 Budget.

BACKGROUND:
The City of Cocoa is currently utilizing CentralSquare Technologies NaviLine Public Administration Applications as its Enterprise Resource Planning/Business Management software platform. This software provides an integrated solution for our core business processes to include finance, human resources, utility billing, purchasing, work orders, and alternative software integration. The current agreement with CentralSquare Technologies is set to expire on September 30, 2022 and has an option for FY2023. By mutual agreement, the City and CentralSquare can renew the agreement upon expiration of this initial term. All terms and conditions within the initial agreement will remain in effect. The City of Cocoa has utilized SunGard Public Sector software since 1994.
The renewal amendment includes a 5% increase of the current monthly access fee. The new fee will be $24,478.74 per month ($293,744.83 per year). The renewal will begin October 1, 2022 and will continue for a period of one (1) year.
STRATEGIC PLAN CONNECTION:
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software programs are critical to achieve fiscal sustainability through enhancements in processes, customer service, productivity, and transparency.
