BACKGROUND:

The purpose of this task order is to provide program management services, including program management/administration, design management and construction project support services in support of the Dyal Water Treatment Plant for Operating Revenue (OR) and Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) program projects. Previously, this task order was budgeted under 421-4055-536.63-00 (Infrastructure) and managed by the Utilities Department Administration/Engineering division.

This task order is intended to include the estimated level of effort to provide the services required on a time and materials basis compensation method for the period from January 1, 2020 through September 30, 2020. Services proposed by JACOBS will be performed in accordance with the RFQ #20-03-COC awarded by the City of Cocoa on November 13, 2019 and signed on 2/5/2020.

Staff requests approval of Task Order 2020-06 with JACOBS.
